In Fungi Future, Barbara Ehnes lets fungal networks grow across objects from the Fleischermuseum — weaving history and decay into something new. Rot becomes transformation. Beef hearts slowly ferment into umami-rich sauces. Designers, writers, and activists explore how fungi might change the way we live, think, and build.
